About the Team:
Flipkart's category central team works closely with BU's super categories and other internal stakeholders like Flipkart's media and brand marketing team, performance marketing team etc for demand generation and increasing top of the funnel along with driving consideration for the categories.
About the Role:
- Own the positioning, brand identity and communication across all channels for the categories.
- Create unique messaging for the brand and activate traditional media (TV/Radio/OOH) /Digital throughout the year.
- Work crossly with the central teams to select the right media mix and communication for the marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for driving - brand marketing, influencer, performance marketing campaigns to improve TOM, consideration and SOV for the categories.
- Track the end to end performance of the campaigns by defining the success metrics of the same.
- Marketing Analytics: Understanding of how digital marketing domains work for category and preparing the roadmap for Digital marketing for the category basis that generates reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy-to-understand format.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to translate complex business and consumer tasks into brand propositions with deep consumer connect.
- Ability to independently craft brand architecture and strategy playbooks.
- Be comfortable with both creative and business dimensions of marketing.
- Comfortable to strategize and execute large scale branding and marketing communication campaigns.
- Think about brand beyond communication and develop a holistic brand experience from packaging to after sale service across consumer touch points.
- Understand the partner eco-system to bring the right business partners to a project and help nurture those relationships.
- Minimum years of experience in a core brand management profiles having managed a complete brand development lifecycle from brand development to GTM.
- Understanding of different media vehicles, experience of working with agencies - Worked on influencer marketing campaigns.
- Project management/organisational skills.
- Educational background - Graduation, MBA from premium institutes.
