Stanza Living - Growth Marketing Role - SEO & GMB (3-6 yrs)

About the Role:

This role is part of the Growth Marketing team, focusing on Demand Excellence at Stanza Living. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing online visibility and driving high-intent traffic. We are looking for someone with expertise in Google My Business (GMB) and SEO, preferably with experience in the co-living or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategically manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings to boost local search rankings and online visibility.

- Develop, implement, and refine SEO strategies that enhance organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

- Conduct thorough keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics while providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly and engaging digital content.

- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

- Take complete ownership and accountability in driving business impact through SEO initiatives.

Requirements:

- Graduation or MBA from a Tier-1 college.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in GMB and SEO.

- Total work experience between 3 - 6 years.

- Prior experience in the co-living or related industry is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Demonstrated ability to take high ownership of projects and execute them successfully.

- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and innovate in the digital marketing space.
