Test Engineer - Chamber Testing

Looking for Chennai - Sriperumbudur location!!

1. Profound knowledge of Environmental Test Chambers, Electro-Dynamic Vibration Shakers, ORT Industrial Ovens and their applications across various manufactures brands.

1. Sound Knowledge in Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) chambers, humidity test chamber & Ovens.

3. Diagnose and resolve electrical issues. As well as providing fixes, they might help to install electrical equipment, Refrigeration GAS and/or machinery.

4. The primary role of service engineers is to provide technical support and maintenance services to all existing chambers, ovens & machineries. This includes troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining products and systems.

5. Maintain the minimum Backup spare and the critical spares in-stock and inventory management.

6. providing technical assistance and monitoring performance. They also identify and resolve any technical issues, provide advice and guidance on product use and develop and implement process improvements to ensure zero down time.

7. Documenting service activities, including service reports, repair logs and communication, to maintain accurate records and ensure traceability.

8. Conducting preventive maintenance checks and routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment reliability.

Requirements :

1. Performing regular maintenance, repairs and installations of equipment and machinery.
2. Oversee the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems on client sites.
3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for the Test Engineering team.
4. Coordinate the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring adherence to standards and client specifications.
5. Maintain accurate records of services performed and manage service documentation efficiently.
