Job Title : Technical Project Manager (8+ years experience)

Job Brief :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both project management and technical domains, ensuring that technical teams are aligned with business goals and project timelines. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of software development or cloud technologies, and experience in agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Planning : Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while coordinating with stake holders to align business and technical goals

- Execution & Delivery : Oversee the day-to-day management of technical projects, ensuring that teams meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams, providing clear updates and managing expectations.

- Agile Methodologies : Implement agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban, running sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.

- Risk & Issue Management : Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Resolve any project issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.

- Team Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, DevOps, data engineers, and QA to ensure smooth project progress and clear communication.

- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring project transparency.

- Budget & Resource Management : Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal project outcome

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience : 3-5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing technical or software development projects.

- Project Management Tools : Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

- Agile & Scrum : Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience as a ScrumMaster.

- Technical Background : Working knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, or IT infrastructure to effectively communicate with technical teams.

- Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex problems.

- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

- Experience with cloud-based projects (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
