Technical Project Manager - Agile/Waterfall (11-15 yrs)

Requirements :

- Overall 11+ years of experience with 5+ years of IT project management experience.

- Technical background in Java/Open source + program management skills.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies like Agile/Waterfall, and best practices.

- Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology.

- Manage each project scope and timeline, Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.

- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.

- Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand.

- Facilitate internal and external communication and effective collaboration, Report and escalate to management as needed.

- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

- PMP, CSM certification is a plus.
