- Feasibility study of new products and quality planning
- Expert in conceptualizing and designing of press tools requiring deep drawing operation.
- Knowledge of setting tools on press machine. Knowledge of Hydraulic and mechanical press operation.
- Knowledge of tool material, heat treatment and application and costing. Knowledge of Sheetmetal raw materials.
- Development Tooling From outside suppliers.
- Tool Inspection, tool try out maintain its records.
- Tool Maintenance,
- Tooling Improvement, use of latest material and treatments to reduce quality issues and enhance life.
- check supplier s quotation and fill up requisition.
- Attend QCM meeting and resolve their tooling related problems.
- Work on P-Tag CCPM Projects.
- Design Development of press tooling activity for new projects.
- Solve tooling related problems on production line.
- Knowledge of Deep-Draw Operations in Press Shop.
- Technical knowledge related to tool development (design, material selection, Machining Process, material treatment, costing)
- In depth knowledge of Design Software
- Knowledge of material properties for manufacturing and application)
- Design Software.
