- TOC -BPR , DBM, CCR , Constraint management - Exploitation and 5- focusing Step.
- Process - Time Management.
- Technical - Knowledge of DEF , How to read test data.
- Buy in Process.
- Customer mapping.
- Data Management.
- Presentations Skills,
- Problem Solving,
- Good Listener,
- MS Office-Excel, PowerPoint,
