? Identify potential clients and develop a client portfolio.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
? Understand their specific requirements and challenges faced by customers and propose tailor-made solutions from our product/service offerings.
? Map all the filtration requirements of each client and maintain data base.
? Address customer queries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Sales and Business Development:
? Generate leads and prospect for new business opportunities with Food & Beverage & Pharma business segment.
? Develop and implement strategic plan to achieve the business objective and revenue goals.
? Present and promote the company s range of products effectively to institutional customers.
Product Knowledge:
? Maintain in-depth understanding of the company s product range and communicate the advantages and benefits to institutional customers.
? Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to offer informed recommendations to customers.
