Job Description
- Research and Analysis: Stay updated on changes to ESG regulatory landscape, Competition ESG platforms, and changes.
- Data Collection: Review periodic additions/amends to the datasets and analyse implications to firm s existing client base.
- Data Quality Monitoring: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of ESG data by monitoring data quality and implementing necessary improvements.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with data vendors to obtain high-quality ESG data and resolve any data-related issues.
- ESG Product Roadmap: Contribute to the development and execution of the ESG product roadmap.
- QA Support: Audit new features rolled out to the ESG product, and act as a level 2 support for customer success to work on escalations.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in finance, economics, environmental science, or a related field. A master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA ESG certification, GARP SCR) is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in ESG analysis, sustainable investing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Experience with data feed vendors i.e. Sustainalytics, MSCI, Refinitiv, CDP will be a big plus.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in analyzing data and identifying key ESG factors.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to ESG challenges.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Passion for Sustainability: Genuine interest in promoting sustainable and responsible investing.
