ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) data is complex, with 500 to 1000 data points scattered across various departments such as HR, sales, procurement, operations, and finance. Sustainability teams spend months manually gathering and organising this data, which is prone to errors.

Oren s platform automates the data collection process in real-time, providing companies with an accurate, real-time view of their sustainability goals and eliminating manual errors.

About the opportunity:

We are looking for a driven ESG Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech startup environment and is eager to grow quickly within the organisation. While 1-2 years of experience in business roles is preferred, it is not strictly required. We are looking for someone who can work from Pune Directly from one of Oren s Clientele.

The right candidate will have a passion for execution and problem-solving and will report directly to the Founders office, with a clear pathway to grow into handling multiple projects and become an industry-specific ESG Expert within 1-2 years.
