Should have hands on experience of around 5 to 12 years in maintenance department while working with manufacturing industries on below types of machines.
- PLC based Special purpose machines
- Utilities like D.G.Sets, Air compressors, Cooling towers, Transformers, HT/LT switchgears
- Hydraulic Mechanical presses.
- Material handling equipment conveyors.
- Ovens furnaces.
- Following monitoring safety, legal, system compliance norms departmental disciplines by maintenance crew for safe functioning of men machines using safety policy, work instructions LOTO equipment.
- Daily attending line QCM for interacting with other departments updating maintenance department regarding productive machine status issues by referring production reports maintenance log books.
- Should have knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics circuits its drawing readings.
- Knowledge of basic PLC program, automation interfacing of robots is preferred.
- Should have knowledge of internet computers
- Should have excellent troubleshooting analyzing skills.
- Should be able to plan execute comprehensive preventive, predictive shutdown maintenance programs of machines.
- Should have excellence in communication, interpersonal skills.
- Should be competent in Material Procurement, Vendor development negotiation.
- Should be able to train guide maintenance crew
