- Stagewise process design for stamping process.
- Prepare Quality plan of the product to be developed.
- Approve the Tool design
- Manufacturing of tool/Fixture / Gauges concept.
- Track the projects for progress of tooling development.
- Conduct stage wise PPAP at component manufacturer
- Review process costing & give inputs to costing team.
- Continual improvements in processes to improve upon Quality, cost, delivery
