Trainer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Trainer who will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of training methodologies, and the ability to enhance employee performance through effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for employees.
• Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires.
• Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop relevant training programs.
• Maintain training records and provide reports on employee progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Trainer, Training Coordinator, or a similar role.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using training tools, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to assess learning needs and adapt training techniques accordingly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in training & development (e.g., Train the Trainer, NLP Certification) is a plus.
• Experience in the retail industry or similar sectors is preferred.
