Job Title: Store Manager (Grocery, FMCG)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our grocery/FMCG store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store staff, inventory, sales, and customer service while ensuring the store meets financial targets and complies with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and minimizing wastage.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
• Manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and employee scheduling.
• Implement promotions, track sales performance, and ensure profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management (preferably in grocery or FMCG).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory and financial management.
• Graduate in any stream
