Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Delivers group and individual instruction and training
• Deploying a wide variety of training methods.
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions by coordinating with various departments.
• Assists in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for individuals, groups & Distribution teams
• Provide opportunities for ongoing developments to team members to upskill their abilities and plan a career path.
• Adopt newer ways of teaching and ease the process of learning to sales -promoters
• Follow the guidelines provided by HO and plan the training for sales promoters accordingly.
• Visit the market to analyze the current problems and share feedback/solutions to respective State Trainers
• Reviews existing training materials and produce new ones according to the current situation.

Modifies or creates course materials and product manuals to meet specific training needs
depending on the zone.

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferable candidates from the smartphone industry or Product Specialist Trainer
• Excellent communication skills in English & Regional Language (written & spoken)
• Presentation and content preparation skills
• Creative Positive mind-set to deal with a high-pressure working environment
• Groomed personality and professional etiquette,
• Critical Thinking, Planning Ability, Team management, Leadership skills
• Influencing and convincing skills
