• Document Review: Examine and verify the accuracy of mortgage documents submitted by applicants.
• Data Entry: Accurately input applicant information into the mortgage processing system.
• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing updates and clarifications on the mortgage process.
• Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Follow-Up: Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely processing of mortgage applications.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports
