Key Responsibilities :
- Create, update, and deactivate user accounts.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access levels within Kantata.
- Assign licenses and manage user subscriptions.
- Maintain user profiles and contact information.
- Configure and maintain system settings and preferences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Assist with system upgrades and maintenance.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the Kantata system.
- Monitor and resolve data quality issues.
- Implement data validation rules and processes.
- Generate reports and analyze system usage data.
- Identify areas for system improvement and optimization.
- Provide system usage insights to stakeholders.
- Provide basic user training and support on Kantata functionalities.
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience as a Kantata Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Kantata functionalities, including user management, permissions, and system configuration.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Experience with other project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
