Scrum Master (7-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate and lead all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

- Guide the team in creating and maintaining the product backlog and sprint backlog.

- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and ensure the team has the resources they need to succeed.

- Coach the team on Agile principles, values, and practices, including self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.

- Monitor and track team progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure alignment between business goals and team deliverables.

- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to improve Agile processes across the organization.

- Promote and champion Agile values and principles within the organization.

Qualifications :

- Certification in Scrum Master or Agile practices (Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM))

- 7+ years of experience working as a Tech Scrum Master in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve roadblocks.

- Ability to build strong relationships and foster trust within the team.
