- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine positioning.
- Lead cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, engineers, QA testers) to create and enhance HCM software solutions.
- Foster collaboration and ensure projects stay on track.
- Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
- Define and communicate the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Adjust the roadmap as needed based on changing market conditions.
- Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective launch materials.
- Work closely with sales, customer support, and marketing to gather customer feedback and address issues.
- Ensure a positive user experience by proactively responding to customer needs.
Technical Skills :
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Experience with HCM software or enterprise solutions is a plus.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to derive insights and inform product decisions.
- Ability to interpret data sets and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong skills in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading product development cycles.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to track progress and facilitate communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and present strategies to stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and design thinking.
- Commitment to gathering customer feedback and incorporating it into product enhancements.
