Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced TIBCO SDR Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks, along with a solid understanding of integration technologies such as Apache Kafka, Java, .NET, and TIBCO EMS.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration solutions that support key business operations and ensure seamless communication across systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving existing integration platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & Develop Integration Solutions : Utilize TIBCO Business Works to design and implement integration solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

- Kafka Integration : Write code to consume and listen to messages from Apache Kafka, ensuring proper message flow and system communication.

- Java Development : Leverage Java programming skills to integrate, customize, and enhance TIBCO-based solutions as per project requirements.

- .NET Support : Work with existing .NET code to fix or remove obsolete functionality and ensure smooth integration with TIBCO services.

- Error Handling & Retry Logic : Implement and maintain robust error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms to ensure the reliability and fault tolerance of integration solutions.

- TIBCO EMS : Apply knowledge of TIBCO EMS for message queuing and facilitate seamless integration and messaging between applications and systems.

- Collaboration & Support : Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration challenges, providing support throughout the development and deployment phases

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on TIBCO integration platforms.

- Strong proficiency in TIBCO Business Works for integration design and deployment.

- Extensive experience with Apache Kafka for message streaming and integration.

- Solid experience in Java programming, with a deep understanding of object-oriented concepts.

- .NET development knowledge, including debugging, fixing, and removing issues in existing codebases.

- Expertise in error handling, exception management, and implementing retry mechanisms in integration systems.

- Familiarity with TIBCO EMS (Enterprise Message Service) for messaging and communication.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

- Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with internal and external teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with other TIBCO products such as TIBCO ActiveMatrix, TIBCO BWCE, or TIBCO FTL.

- Understanding of cloud-based integrations and related technologies.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for development and project management.
