Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Documentum-D2, D2LS professional.

The role involves day-to-day tasks related to Documentum-D2 and D2LS, focusing on leveraging expertise in these areas to support the organization's IT functions.

Excellent grasp of the principles of Enterprise Content Management systems.

Required Skillset :

- Primary Skills : Documentum Server, D2,D2LS,Rest , Experience on Kubernetes/containers.

- Secondary skills : Webtop, DFS, DFC, BOF, WDK, DQL, DA, Tomcat, Xplore, CTS.

- Proficient in Documentum administration and maintenance activities.

- Participate in the day-to-day administration of the systems, including Incident & Problem Management.

- Participate and contribute to change & release management process.

- Proficient in programming using Core Java, DFC, DFS & DCTM Rest APIs.

- Respond to and solve customer technical requests, show an understanding of the customer's managed hosted environment and applications within the Open Text cloud enabling resolution of complex technical issues.

- Document or Implement proposed solutions.

- Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with geographically distributed teams.

- Manage expectations and responsibilities for all client and internal stakeholders.

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts 24/7.
