Product Documentation Specialist - Technical Writing (3-5 yrs)

Key Skills and Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or content creation, preferably in the technology sector

- Solid understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and software product development is preferred

- Proven experience in creating technical documentation for complex products, ideally in cloud computing or software development environments

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly documentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences (technical and non-technical)

- Experience in writing blogs, technical articles, and case studies for a broader audience

- Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, GitHub Pages, Markdown, or equivalent

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
