Job Description :
- Good Hands on expertise to develop applications on Zendesk Platform
- Experience in administration, configuration, Implementation, and Support of Zendesk CRM, and Zendesk applications Zendesk implementation / configuration
- Zendesk Configuration Client-Specific Configuration Zendesk
- Customization Process design and optimizationZendesk Apps development Zendesk APIs Zendesk Single Sign On Triggers Automations Auto-assignment of support ticketsCreation of End Users including Agents, Groups and Organizations etc.
- Experienced in all stages of SDLC that includes duties like providing documentation on design, testing and migration from development to production
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated, willing to take initiative and able to apply new tools and technologies in the projects
- Proven experience in building UIs in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML with various JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
Nice to have :
- Experience working on any of the platforms: Servicenow, SugarCRM, Freshdesk/Freshwork, ZOHO, Kustomer, Pegasystem, CRMNEXT, Creatio, Oracle And SAP are eligible to apply.
- Experience in PHP/.Net technologies can apply.
Must-Have Primary Skill : Application Management-Configuration-ServiceNow
Primary Skill : Yrs Experience: Novice (1 to 3 Years Experience)
Must-Have Skills :
- Application Management : Strong experience in configuring and managing applications, particularly in Zendesk.
- Zendesk Expertise : Hands-on experience with Zendesk administration, configuration, customization, and application development.
- Front-End Development : Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with knowledge of front-end frameworks.
Desired Skills :
- Familiarity with the integration and development of other CRM or service platforms (ServiceNow, ZOHO, etc.).
- Experience in PHP/.Net technologies can be an added advantage.
