Key Responsibilities :
Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Implementation :
- Lead or participate in the design, implementation, and integration of Oracle Field Service Cloud with existing systems.
- Configure OFSC components such as routing, mobile interface, and work zones to meet business needs.
- Customize OFSC to improve field service operations, including service technician dispatching, real-time location tracking, and job management.
System Administration :
- Manage and administer Oracle Field Service Cloud including configuration, user management, security settings, and data synchronization.
- Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and data accuracy across the platform.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues, escalating where necessary to Oracle support.
Business Process Optimization :
- Collaborate with field service teams and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into OFSC configurations.
- Propose improvements to workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle analytics tools to provide insights on field operations performance.
Training & Support :
- Provide end-user training and support for field technicians and back-office staff.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and SOPs.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle Field Service Cloud.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Field Service Cloud or similar field service management systems.
- Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing OFSC.
- Experience with Oracle integration tools and data migration.
Technical Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Field Service Cloud modules : Core Manage, Smart Location, Routing, Forecasting, and Mobility.
- Familiarity with integration methods such as REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or other middleware solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for reporting purposes.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, or other web technologies for customization and extensions (preferred).
Soft Skills :
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business units and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Certifications :
- Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification (preferred)
- Oracle Integration Cloud Certification (a plus)
