Oracle Utilities Functional Analyst - Implementation & Support (4-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an Oracle Utilities Functional Analyst with 4-8 years of experience in analyzing and implementing business processes within Oracle Utilities products like CC&B, MDM, WAM, and C2M. You will be responsible for ensuring that the solution meets client business needs and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and document business requirements for Oracle Utilities implementations.

- Configure Oracle Utilities products to align with business processes in billing, metering, and asset management.

- Conduct gap analysis and develop functional specifications for customization.

- Provide functional support during testing and UAT phases.

- Work closely with clients to ensure the solution meets their business objectives.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of business processes in utilities, particularly in billing, metering, and asset management.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities products like CC&B, MDM, WAM, and C2M.

- Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations.

- Experience in preparing functional documentation, including use cases and process flows.

- Strong communication skills to liaise with technical teams and clients.
