US Accountant (6-10 yrs)

Daily Transactional Accounting:

- Perform daily transactional accounting in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the US GAAP.

- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely data entry.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.

- Collaborate with global finance teams to consolidate financial data and ensure compliance with US GAAP and other international standards.

- Identify and implement improvements in reporting systems and workflows.

Collaboration and Communication

- Act as a liaison between the Delhi office and US-based teams, ensuring seamless communication and goal alignment.

- Prepare and deliver presentations for senior management, investors, and stakeholders.

This is a full-time on-site role at Delhi, India.

Qualifications

Education: Master's degree in accounting/ finance or a related field.

Certifications: CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in accounting, financial analysis, business analytics, or reporting, preferably in a US listed company.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Sound understanding of US GAAP.

- Experience with accounting and reporting tools such as QuickBooks Online.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Soft Skills:

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with global teams.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is necessary to interact with global teams effectively.
