Skill Sets

• Experience in handling, Contract’ Staffing , , ‘Contract to Hire’ staffing for MNC Clients.
• Validating the candidates information
• Maintaining tracker on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Handling walk-ins, and Client/Candidate relationship management.
• Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment for the Business Units.
• Hardcore experience in referencing, vendors and Internet based tools (Job Sites), Internal Data bases, Personal references.
• Experience in collecting the documents.
