In this role, the Business Intelligence and automation specialist will oversee and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of projects which should result in accurate analysis, faster decision making while maintaining data security.
Responsibilities
This is the requirement for offshore Mobile developer
• React Native for cross-platform development.
• Kotlin for Android-specific functionality.
• good to have Swift for future iOS needs.
• Becoming a thought partner for front-end teams across the Genpact landscape as an SME on reporting and visualization.
• Ensuring front-end visualization is captivating and would call for action, enable leaders to make the right decisions at a fast pace.
• Make the backend architecture agile and using efficient data warehousing and ETL techniques to optimize cost.
• Driving top-line growth for the company by improving conversion of deals through better qualification and more information to base decisions on.\
• responsible for delivering curated interactive self-serve dashboards in the front end for these teams on both web and mobile at a fast pace
• work closely with in-house data scientists in setting up forecasting through machine learning and make the output available on such interactive dashboards
• transform our end to end reporting and forecasting processes through digitization and make it best in class

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• React Native for cross-platform development.
• Kotlin for Android-specific functionality.
• good to have Swift for future iOS needs.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• In-depth knowledge and experience in building codes and managing databases. Should have good knowledge and experience in Data warehousing and designing IT architecture.
• Relevant years of Project management experience.
• People management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills, with editorial expertise
• Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility and problem-solving skills to translate user requirements into appropriate dashboards, visualizations and reports
• A passion for design driving business outcomes by the partnership with Sales and Operations
• Sound knowledge in ETL, query writing and performance tuning.
• Experience in data warehouse architecture design.
• Hands-on experience in any coding language – Java, C and Python.
