Job Description: Talent Acquisition (Non IT Recruiter)

Position: Executive Talent Acquisition

Type: Contractual ( 1 Year )

Location: Noida Sec-98, Skymark One

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify candidates through various channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies.

• Assist in job description creation and job postings.

• Manage the offer process and onboarding activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
