Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (developers, network engineers, data scientists, etc.)
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
Maintain a strong IT talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Handle offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, and IT job functions.
Familiarity with recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
