About the Job:

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager - Operations to oversee and manage franchisee businesses across the South 2 region.

- The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing franchisee stores, leading a team of area and deputy managers, and ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Operate and manage franchisee businesses for the South 2 region.

- Lead a team of Area and Deputy Managers to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.

- Drive ROI for franchisees while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

- Foster strong relationships with franchisees, supporting them in business operations.

- Ensure year-on-year growth through effective planning and execution.

- Oversee the implementation of SOPs and processes across all franchisee stores.

- Facilitate onboarding and provide ongoing support to new franchisees.

- Develop and review business and target plans on an annual and quarterly basis.

- Strategize and implement action plans to overcome target deficits.

- Conduct regular reviews (daily, weekly, monthly) to assess team performance.

- Motivate and build a cohesive team to achieve organizational goals.

- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate business performance and opportunities.

- Ensure effective merchandise and stock planning for franchisee stores.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience in managing franchisee operations and a team of managers.

- Strong understanding of franchisee profitability and business processes.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Goal-oriented and driven by numbers with a focus on achieving results.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and planning.

- Good knowledge of merchandise and stock planning.

- Strong analytical and evaluation skills to drive data-based decision-making
