Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting talented candidates across various industries such as BPO.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of non-technical roles and be able to adapt recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for non-IT roles.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
• Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person) and evaluate candidates suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage job postings and track applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up with candidates regarding their application status.
• Stay updated on industry trends to attract the best talent in non-IT sectors.
• Negotiate salaries and job offers with candidates.
• Maintain and manage candidate databases and pipelines for future openings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Under graduates can also apply.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role (ideally 1+ years).
• Strong understanding of non-technical roles across various industries.
• Freshers are not eligible to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess and match candidates to job specifications effectively.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
