Sr. US Accountant (R2R)

Role & responsibilities Calculation and recording the following:

• Depreciation
• Amortization
• Deferred Revenue
• Prepaid and Accrual
• Profit and Loss Statement Review and Analysis.
• Balance Sheet Statement Review and Analysis.
• Month Closing and Reporting.
• Drafting SOP as and when needed.
• Learning new apps and reporting tools required for client servicing.

Client OrientedManaging client independently for regular work related items.Ensuring prompt and timely replies to clients communication.Attending to weekly client call with Team Leader to ensure client satisfaction.Handling client escalations if any with help of Team Leader.Nurturing client relationship.
Work Related :Categorization/Classification of bank transactions.Ensuring correctness of transactions booked in Uncategorized Expense and IncomeAccount Bank Reconciliation.Ensuring that the open items on Bank Reconciliation Statement are correct in nature.Payroll Entry Bookkeeping and Payroll GL Reconciliation.Preferred candidate profile Good Knowledge of US Accounting.Good written and Verbal Communication in English.Ability to handle clients' calls and effective and timely email communication.Should be organized and detail-oriented.Male or Female candidatesQB Certification is an added advantage
