Hiring For US Accounts Manager - AR/AP _ Gurugram onsite

We are hiring for US Accounts Manager role for our Gurugram office.

Designation: Accounts Manager - AR/AP

Location: Gurugram (onsite)

Shift: 10pm - 7am IST (night shift)

5 days working - Sat/Sun fixed off.

Both side cab facility and free meals

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, expense reports, and vendor payments.
• Ensure accurate coding of expenses and timely recording of transactions.
• Reconcile AP ledgers to ensure accuracy and proper posting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze AP aging reports and assist with month-end closings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Assist in process improvements for accounts payable.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters' degree in Accounting/Costing.
• 45 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with USA regulatory compliances.
• Comfortable working onsite from Gurugram office.
