Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads and inquiries, providing timely and relevant information to prospects.
  • Conduct sales meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with leads through email, phone calls, and social media to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales pipeline.
  • Close sales deals by effectively addressing customer needs and objections.
  • Generate outbound sales calls to target prospects and qualify leads.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for prospecting and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Finsmart Accounting professionally in client and stakeholder interactions.
  • Future Travel Opportunity: Potential for travel to the US for sales meetings and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (required).
  • Master's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of international sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Fluent in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional sales, business development, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software like Zoho.
  • Ability to work USA shift (4 pm to 1 am PST).
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for sales prospecting and networking.
