Key responsibilitiesTeam Management
- Recruit, hire, and train finishers to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Project Management
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Assist to Develop and implement detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as design, quality, procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution.
Quality Assurance
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards.
- Inspect/facilitate to inspect finished work to ensure it meets specifications and company requirements.
- Identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Financial Management
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Stakeholder Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Resolve stakeholder issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training.
- Implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Who are we looking for?Education:
- Graduate Civil Engineering/Interior Design/Architecture.
Experience:
- 20- 25 Years Experience in Construction Industry with over 15 years. Proven experience in local market, Architectural, Interior, Landscape Finishes, Fit-out and FF&E.
- Proven experience in handling Projects (Luxury Residential, Hospitality, Private Villas) from inception to DLC (Defect Liability Completion)
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera and ACad.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret Design Drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
