Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our employee life cycle (ELC) management processes, from recruitment to retirement.
- The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all HR operations, ensuring smooth transitions through each phase of an employee's journey.
- They will work closely with management to foster a positive work environment, increase employee engagement, and maintain compliance through effective audit and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee recruitment operations, including onboarding new hires and conducting background verifications.
- Collaborate with management to enhance the hiring experience and ensure seamless integration for new employees.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Manage the full employee life cycle, from hiring and development to exit management.
- Oversee ELC-related audits to maintain compliance with company standards and policies.
HR Data and Reporting:
- Maintain HR MIS and dashboards, ensuring accurate reporting on key metrics.
- Generate HR reports and provide insights using HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and foster a collaborative environment.
- Work with management to establish initiatives that increase employee satisfaction and retention.
Vendor and Exit Management:
- Handle vendor relationships to support HR functions.
- Manage the exit process, ensuring smooth transitions and documentation for departing employees.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's and Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 6-9 years in employee life cycle management, recruitment, and HR operations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRMS tools, especially SuccessFactors, is preferred.
Key Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills with effective communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and other HR operations.
