Role Overview:
- This is an on-site, full-time role based in Noida, India.
- As a Personal Loan Sales Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a sales team to drive personal loan product sales.
- You will also be responsible for monitoring sales metrics, creating effective sales strategies, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve personal loan sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Oversee the end-to-end personal loan sales process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to enhance team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, and NBFCs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in personal loan sales and financial products.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Knowledge of credit score analytics and loan approval processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing actionable strategies.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e. , NISM certification) are a plus
