Position: Credit Manager

Location: Naroda( Ahmedabad)

Notice period should be 1 month or less then 1 month

Role & responsibilities

1. Proficiently manage day to day operation of the respective branch credit team

2. Ensure effective team management and assist them to achieve desired results.

3. Deliver the monthly underwriting targets

4. Identify and analyze quality-based files for an origination and provide feedback to the ROs.

5. Connect with the ACM on daily basis in respect of keeping him abreast to the branch activities

6. Coordinate with the sales team for the movement of files across stages.

7. Ensure all PDD and OTCs are closed within defined timelines.

8. Ensure all fee collected are deposited within defined timelines.

9. Ensure zero error cash reconciliation process.

10. Ensure service request resolution is to be done within the stipulated time.

11. Ensure all housekeeping responsibilities including storage of files, vault custody, cash management etc. are done as per laid down standards with zero error.

12. Provide satisfactory product information and effectively resolve customer issues within the stipulated time.

13. Demonstrate discipline and integrity in the branch.

Preferred candidate profile

• We require immediate joiner or who can serve max 1 month notice period.
• Experience of home loan in credit is must.
