Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HR BP) to manage the entire employee lifecycle-from onboarding to exit.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing HR operations for high-growth startups and a proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Induction:
- Design and implement a seamless onboarding experience to ensure new hires integrate into the company culture and processes.
- Regularly update and improve onboarding frameworks based on feedback and best practices.
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Build a strong employee experience strategy to foster motivation and high performance.
- Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.
Performance Management:
- Design and execute performance appraisal processes aligned with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related discussions and employee development plans.
HR Operations:
- Oversee payroll, compliance, and HR policies to ensure seamless execution.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on employee relations.
- Address grievances and resolve conflicts proactively.
Exit Management:
- Manage smooth offboarding processes, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
- Use insights from exits to improve employee retention strategies.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring the organization is ready to scale.
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance team scalability, engagement, and efficiency.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years as an HR BP in a high-growth startup.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in end-to-end HR processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solver with a proactive and innovative mindset.
- Proficiency in HR tech tools and platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
