Job Description:
- We are looking for a Brand & Community Lead to take charge of building and growing the Finanshels brand across social media, community channels, and employer branding with a lean, high-impact approach.
- You will lead efforts to elevate the personal brand of our founder, engage customers, and position Finanshels as a top employer-all while working in a resource-constrained, fast-paced environment.
- This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role where your ability to produce meaningful results with limited resources will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Execution:
- Develop a lean brand strategy to rapidly grow Finanshels' presence across customers, employees, and the fintech ecosystem.
- Position the key personnels as a thought leader through social media, content, and speaking opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, including social media, blogs, and PR.
Social Media & Content:
- Manage and execute a high-impact social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to boost brand awareness.
- Create and distribute engaging content (posts, videos, infographics) that resonates with our target audiences.
- Leverage user-generated content, testimonials, and success stories to drive organic engagement.
- Track and optimize content performance to maximize reach and engagement with minimal resources.
Community Building:
- Build and grow a customer and employee community through targeted initiatives like webinars, groups, or forums that foster interaction and brand loyalty.
- Launch a customer advocacy program to encourage referrals, testimonials, and user-driven brand promotion.
- Engage customers and employees to generate organic conversations around the Finanshels brand.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance Finanshels' employer brand to attract and retain top talent through creative, resource-light campaigns (e., showcasing work culture on social media, employee spotlights).
- Collaborate with HR to integrate employer branding into recruitment efforts, promoting Finanshels as a top workplace.
PR & Partnerships:
- Establish relationships with media outlets and influencers to boost press coverage and increase brand credibility.
- Identify and leverage partnerships and collaborations (events, podcasts, industry groups) to extend the brand's reach without heavy investment.
Data-Driven Growth:
- Use analytics tools to track brand and community engagement metrics, adjusting strategies quickly for maximum impact.
- Leverage data to focus efforts on high-ROI activities that can scale with limited resources.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand building, social media management, and community engagement, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to grow brand visibility and build engaged communities with minimal resources.
- Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and community management.
- Hands-on execution skills; ability to do more with less in a fast-paced, lean environment.
- Experience in employer branding and working cross-functionally with HR and leadership teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling content and craft impactful brand narratives.
- A data-driven mindset, with experience in tracking performance and optimizing campaigns for results.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B industries is a plus but not required.
