Job Description
- Ensure Turn Around Time (TAT) as per SLAs
- Handle process as per Quality norms.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to clients.
- Escalation of issues / requirements to SD team related to DCMS applications.
- Care for customers in case of any urgent requirements on BAU activities
- Managing vendors in performing daily activities including junior staff.
