Job Description
Business Management - Financial Management Analysis India
We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Finance team.
This role is located in Pune - HYBRID
This role is located in Pune - HYBRID
In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways, including but not limited to:
- Support the central strategy business management function in Financial Management Analysis (FMA)
- Responsible for providing day-to-day business management and operational support to head of CFO and FMA India organization
- Work closely with the senior stakeholders in preparing dashboards monthly MI
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
- Manage audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, and strategy working sessions
- Management of headcount tracker, including hiring, attrition, seating
- Responsible for employee reward and recognition program
- Prior experience in Business Management or COO role
To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree in finance and business management or prior relevant experience
- 6+ years of total work experience preferred, experience in business management and financial planning and analysis preferred
- The candidate should possess strong excel, PowerPoint and analytical ability
