Summary:As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will drive performance, strategic analysis, and identify and correct financial or operational concerns. You will provide financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead financial planning and analysis activities.

Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review.

Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Financial Processes.

Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.

Experience in financial reporting and analysis.

Knowledge of financial systems and tools.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with financial planning software.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Processes.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
