Department - GAC

Job Description

- Supporting the monthly close, day-to-day management of financial operations, prepare and distribute reports to key decision makers, and assist in special and strategic projects.

- Ensure all monthly financial reporting and analysis is delivered timely and accurately to facilitate decision making by the management.

Key Result Areas:

- Support the Analytical Finance team in the monthly accounting close and financial reporting process.

- Review, analyze and interpret monthly financial results, and provide variance analysis to the Ratings Reporting team.

- Support the budget and estimate process for direct operating expenses.

- Assist with preparation of presentations for Global Rating Services (GRS) senior leadership team and EMEA office heads.

- Assist with ad hoc requests, special projects, and other direct support to the Analytical Finance team on need basis.

- Perform ad hoc analyses as requested to help management make informed decisions regarding the short- and long-term objectives of the business.

Key Skills:

- 3-5 years of work experience in financial planning of a large corporate in the service sector.

- Knowledge of US GAAP or other similar accounting principles is preferred.

- Demonstrate analytical capabilities necessary to provide the leadership team with the accurate and insightful interpretation of financial information.

- Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions for operational and financial problems.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a fully contributing member of a team.
