Senior Analyst - Financial reporting & MIS

Supporting the monthly close, day-to-day management of financial operations, prepare and distribute reports to key decision makers, and assist in special and strategic projects. Ensure all monthly financial reporting and analysis is delivered timely and accurately to facilitate decision making by the management.

Key Result Areas:

• Support the Analytical Finance team in the monthly accounting close and financial reporting process.
• Review, analyze and interpret monthly financial results, and provide variance analysis to the Ratings Reporting team.
• Support the budget and estimate process for direct operating expenses.
• Assist with preparation of presentations for Global Rating Services (GRS) senior leadership team and EMEA office heads.
• Assist with ad hoc requests, special projects, and other direct support to the Analytical Finance team on need basis.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as requested to help management make informed decisions regarding the short- and long-term objectives of the business.

Key Skills:

• 3-5 years of work experience in financial planning of a large corporate in the service sector.
• Knowledge of US GAAP or other similar accounting principles is preferred.
• Demonstrate analytical capabilities necessary to provide the leadership team with the accurate and insightful interpretation of financial information.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions for operational and financial problems. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a fully contributing member of a team.
