Finance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  
• Conduct statutory audits and tax audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Manage internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR) to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  
• Provide guidance on accounting principles, GAAP, and company policies to team members.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in finance & accounts role with a strong background in statutory audit, taxation, ICOFR, balance sheet preparation/review/finalization.
  
• CA qualification from first attempt preferred; MBA/MCom/BCom also considered.
  
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
