Finance Executive

Required Skills:

• SAP FICO.
• Good Analytical skills.
• Good & effective communication.
• Taxation regulations and compliance.
• Proven experience in accounts payable with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP Fico, Oracle) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Handling International Customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing end to end aspects of the accounts payable function within the organization. This includes processing invoices, verifying accuracy, reconciling discrepancies, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and managing customer invoicing and collections. The incumbent will collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and customers to maintain accurate financial records and facilitate efficient cash flow management.

2. Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

3. Verify invoice details such as prices, quantities, and terms, and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal departments.

4. Prepare and process payments to vendors via checks, electronic transfers, or other approved methods.

5. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding balances in a timely manner.

6. Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting for accounts payable.
