You will destroy your career, self respect, skills, personal life and lifestyle if you join in TTC. HR and Managers not having manners to talk (Only disrespect, insults, shouting loudly over a floor in front of your team members). TTC is just staffing company. They don't have any project. No IT culture. Pathetic office infrastructure (It's just a warehouse). High attrition rate still Management don't care about it. Multiple cases where HR quotes a 5 day week but actually it is 6 days. No one will take ownership once u join. No authority in FSS. 23 leaves in all.
