HR and Managers not having manners to talk (Only disrespect, insults, shouting loudly over a floor in front of your team members). TTC is just staffing company. They don't have any project. No IT culture. Pathetic office infrastructure (It's just a warehouse). High attrition rate still Management don't care about it. Multiple cases where HR quotes a 5 day week but actually it is 6 days. No one will take ownership once u join. No authority in FSS. 23 leaves in all.
