From last year 1.6 i am working with tata getting so much learn.

I am not unhappy with tata autocomp as per working. I am unhappy due to last 1.6 year I had done good worked as on third party role. I am the first joining person on third party role after me so many person join and left still i am working with Tata auto comp this month after joined me some person they taken on tata role as per their bosse recommended but not taken to me they informed me performance not done i did good work after then they said. So I am so nurvas. Before that all person saying sachin is doing good work and all senior person giving my example to all third party employee. Sachin is doing good work we are going to take on roll. But not taken to me they taken who has joined later me. So that's why I am unhappy Worldwide every thing is fine and tata group is good for growing our performance too much getting to learn and how to worked in pressure ....Read More
